WORDS & PHRASES
When I started out in Karate, I felt very lost. The instructors were saying words that I had never heard in a language I was totally unfamiliar with. Over time, I caught on to a few words, and armed with a technical manual, started to piece together some translations. After a full year of Karate, I was comfortable with basic terminology, but I am still learning today. I thought it would be nice if there were a resource to help. I turned to the internet, but was not very happy at the results I found. So, what I know, I cobbled together here for you.
