A MUST for those who are serious about advancing their karate studies. This action packed, advanced curriculum is intended to push your limits of Chito-Ryu Karate as well as have fun in a large group environment. We will be polishing our techniques as well as learn new ones. Be sure to reserve this weekend with BBQ's and a great way to meet other Chito-Ryu enthusiasts. We are very fortuante to have Sensei Higashi here, so close to home, to instruct as well as others from around the maritimes.

There will not be any class on Wednesday July 1st for Canada Day. Enjoy the day and we'll see you Monday. Remember to bring your running clothes / shoes for other Wednesday classes.
