Belt grading will be every other month as grading requirements are met. Students must have a completed grading form and have no outstanding dues to participate.
The grading criteria for each level is clearly defined and strictly adhered to. Each student is responsible for mastering certain techniques, kata and theory at each belt level. There is a specified minimum number of class attendances required for promotion. The cost for the belt is included in the grading.
The youth karate program contains more levels in the form of stripes between belt gradings. There is no cost associated with a stripe belt grading.
